Maxwell Hazan’s latest creation rolled out the Workshop after several Months of constructing, welding, engine-tuning and detailing. It was time to let the beast reveal its real speed potential. Where else would be the best place than the dried-out Salt Lake at Bonneville in Utah, USA? We interviewed Maxwell Hazan about his Need for Speed.

Russian stunt rider Marat Kankadze is a member of Motul Legend, a full-time stunt team that gives spectacular shows throughout Russia and a number of European countries. Being a world-class stunt rider means possessing courage, daring, phenomenal balance, a tip-top physical condition, a hunger for the type of perfection that’s only achieved through relentless practising, and the ability to avoid the potential injuries that can go with the territory.

Powerboat racing has been gaining popularity over these past few years with races being held on sheltered or inland stretches of water, such as lakes, rivers, docks and protected bays. A Formula 2 race itself consists of several pre-determined laps, around buoys, over a racing distance of approximately two kilometres. The racing speeds on the water are exceeding 200km/h. We caught up with Norwegian Mette Bjerknes to find out more about this wonderful sport.

Maxwell Hazan is an American bike builder, based in Los Angeles, California. Apart from the bike building scenes that are currently popular, such as Café racers, Bobbers, … Maxwell doesn’t follow any market trends at all, preferring to walk his own path. He describes his custom-built motorcycles as an artistic medium which reflects a willingness to build whatever you can imagine. We had an inspiring conversation with this unique craftsman.
